So the main reason I brought this eyeliner was because I had seen it used on Kim Kardashian for her waterline, so I thought if she uses it, it must be good! BUT to be honest it isn't that great on the waterline, it dosnt stay on all day and makes my eyes water a lot.
For £12 this was disappointing. I decided to use it as a eyeliner for my upper lid and I love it. It turns out its a great liner to create a smokey look, I apply a small amount and blend it with a brush and it spreads over my eyelids really well and looks great!
