How do you apply glitter to you eyelids!??

HEY ALL! hope your having a good week, I'm glad to be getting closer to the weekend. So recently I went into MAC to buy some new products that I don't need but want. Anyway i was stunned by the make-up worn on all the Mac girls, they were wearing blue glitter eye liner and it was so nice and neat.
